سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – NILOFAR TOUCH

حرصًا منا في NILOFAR TOUCH على تقديم أفضل تجربة لعملائنا الكرام، نود توضيح سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بنا:

🔸 الاسترجاع:

  • لا يتوفر الاسترجاع على جميع المنتجات.

🔸 الاستبدال:

  • يتوفر الاستبدال فقط في حال عدم فتح المنتج واستخدامه، ويجب أن يكون بحالته الأصلية مع التغليف الكامل.
  • يجب طلب الاستبدال خلال مدة أقصاها (3 أيام) من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  • يتحمل العميل تكلفة التوصيل الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال، وهي 30 درهم إماراتي.

🔸 ملاحظات هامة:

  • لن يتم قبول أي طلب استبدال في حال تم فتح المنتج أو استخدامه.
  • يجب إبراز فاتورة الشراء أو رقم الطلب لإتمام عملية الاستبدال.
  • تحتفظ إدارة NILOFAR TOUCH بحق رفض أي طلب لا يتوافق مع الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy – NILOFAR TOUCH

At NILOFAR TOUCH, we are committed to providing our customers with the best experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

🔸 Returns:

  • Returns are not available for any products.

🔸 Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be made within a maximum of 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the exchange delivery fee, which is AED 30.

🔸 Important Notes:

  • Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required to process the exchange.
  • NILOFAR TOUCH reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
